The owner Thierry Ly lived in France for over 14 years where he learned to be a professional baker and got certified.

Started in 1994 Baguette Paris has always been a family owned and operated bakery. We enjoy providing daily fresh bread to the diverse community of Long Beach California. Our bread is baked in the shop in a oven imported directly from France.
 

At the bakery we speak English, French, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Khmer.
